We see things that happened long before when we look over long distances, but we ourselves cannot go back in time.

um… did we ever make a circle around the sun without The Earth?? Maybe the sun is an infinite cylinder .. I mean um.. why does it have to be a ball anyway.. I mean it is a star.. where did all the other star energy go .. it probably is a cylinder.. like don’t go towards it go around it

I THINK THESE VIDEOS WILL caused a stir in SCIENCE AND THIS IS FOR THE CONTENT that solves many uncertainties that have to date science, IT BECAUSE MY HOBBY IS MAKING ALL THEORIES AND A BOOK TO CONSULT ME WITH RESULT a success of 85% -90% SURE THAT THE SAME HAPPEN NOW, only now not see the answer in any book.

wht about the quantum physics… if an atom moves faster than the speed of light u can go forward.. but i don’t think u can go back…

Send me some time in a shoe box.
Not a clock, not a watch but some actual time.

i know that it is made up, i was just joking around, thats why i put in in all caps with exclamation points…. i think its pretty clear to everyone that Back to the Future was fictional

i wonder if time travel would be possible if there was a space shuttle that could fly around the Earth (in the lower exosphere under escape velocity speed) in the opposite direction of the Earth’s rotation. Or maybe the mesosphere can teach us something about time travel since there is so little known about that particular layer.

but that means that time is “solid” and there is only ONE timeline. Its like in terminator, wer johns father Reese comes back from the future to save john, but if he’d never of come back to save john in the first place then john would never have been born. Meaning the timeline is concrete, its not changeable. U get where im coming from?

You can’t have this you can’t have that…?! So out of the loop! There is so much more going on than meets the eye and a whole lot more than you learn at school, college or university. You can reproduce all the outdated rational rethoric, feel really comfortably knowledgeable just because “they” told you so and it supports the ego and still have no real clue as to what may be possible ouside that frame of reference.

I don’t think they’ll be expensive because a time machine wouldn’t be a money problem thing. The creator can go back in time and win the lottery. The creator of it wouldn’t lose money by letting someone use it. But I think you’re right about they won’t let just ANYONE use it. My friend said he wants to go back in time and win the lotto over and over again. THAT woulndn’t be good for “the future” or shall i say, “the present.”

actually we CAN safely transport a human. Humans are made up of atoms and particles that hold us together, that’s why we won’t be ripped apart. But if you took something like a sports almanac book, the book would be ripped apart, cuz it’s not made of particles/atoms holding it together.

Time moves in one direction only. Forward.
You can’t have negative time just like you can’t have negative length.
Time travel to the past is impossible. If you could travel near the speed of light, then time slows down for you and everyone would age a lot faster than you would.
You can’t reach the speed of light because the energy to propel mass that fast would be infinite. You would have zero length and time would stop.
You can’t go faster than light. Nothing can even go as fast as light.

@NYISLANDERS910 That is a made up thing form a movie.
A capacitor is a device that stores voltage for a short period of time. Flux is a material contained inside a capacitor, is the material which makes soldering easier on pipes and in electronics.
The capacitor can be used to filter out DC in an AC line, it can be used as in a tank circuit, it can be used to filter out AC in a DC power supply. It can’t be used as a main part of a time machine.

so like what is time?on an enormous scale of parallel universes???an endless loop?that can be modified with proper intelligence?

My evidence is that you cannot go backward in time, just as you can’t have negative length or negative volume or negative mass.
Negative amount of light is also impossible.
Speeds are never negative.
Even Temperatures are not negative on the Kelvin degree system which scientists use.
Negative numbers exist in mathematics, but nothing in our real world is negative, and thus you cannot go backwards in time
( negative time )
Conclusion: Mathematics cannot be used to prove time can go backwards.
